We deliberately don't promise sub-1-hour processing because PayPal fraud signals sometimes need 6+ hours to confirm. If you need T-Coin urgently, top up at least a day in advance.
What happens during the review
Our payment review team checks for:
- PayPal account in good standing (no chargebacks, no holds)
- Account country matches IP geolocation (red flag if mismatched without explanation)
- Top-up history vs. spending pattern (very large first top-up + immediate withdrawal = flag)
Most reviews are auto-approved by the heuristic. Only edge cases land in human queue.
Why we don't offer subscriptions
TestHive intentionally avoids monthly subscriptions because:
- Closed Testing usage is bursty — devs need testers for a 14-day window, not continuously
- Subscriptions push usage you don't need
- Top-ups give you control: pay only when you publish
If you publish 1 Campaign every 3 months, you pay ~$10 every 3 months. No idle subscription bleeding money during quiet periods.
