Withdraw T-Coin to PayPal

Published 2026-06-17

TL;DR

Withdraw T-Coin to PayPal at any time once your balance crosses 2,000 T-Coin (= $20 USD). Processing is 100% manual with a 3-5 business day SLA. The 20% platform fee is taken once at Campaign publish — withdrawals themselves have no markup beyond PayPal's standard transaction fee.

The 2,000 T-Coin minimum

You can earn T-Coin from approved daily check-ins, and they accumulate in your withdrawable balance. Once the balance crosses 2,000 T-Coin (= $20 USD), the Withdraw button is enabled in your wallet.

Below 2,000 T-Coin, you can still publish Campaigns or boost existing ones with your balance — just can't cash out yet.

The 3-5 day SLA

Withdrawals are 100% manually reviewed — no auto-approve, regardless of amount or history. This is the platform's commitment to keeping fraud out:

DayWhat happens
0You submit the withdrawal request
1Automated heuristic scores risk, queues for human review
2-4Human reviewer checks PayPal account, fingerprint cluster, recent activity
3-5Cleared withdrawals get a PayPal payout email

Holding patterns:

  • Clear: most withdrawals · auto-approved by heuristic, human just spot-checks
  • Reviewed: medium risk · ~24h additional time
  • Held: high risk · email explains reason · usually requires one more verification step from you

What triggers a hold

We may temporarily hold a withdrawal if any of these fires:

  • Device fingerprint cluster matches a previously banned account
  • Mismatched PayPal email country (e.g., account is in US but PayPal email country is non-US)
  • High risk score (≥ 60) computed across recent activity signals
  • Duplicate screenshots across testers (suggests collusion)

Held withdrawals are either released with reason, or refunded back to your T-Coin balance with a written explanation.

Why we don't auto-approve small withdrawals

We piloted auto-approve under $100 and found it created the biggest fraud surface. Fraudsters specifically targeted the small-amount path with thousands of $20-50 withdrawals from sock-puppet accounts. Going to 100% manual costs us a few hours per day but saves the platform a few percentage points of fraud loss — and indirectly keeps tester payouts on time.

Fees

  • Platform fee: 0% on withdrawal itself (the 20% is taken once at Campaign publish, never again)
  • PayPal fee: PayPal's standard 2-3% transaction fee applies and is deducted by PayPal, not by us
  • No currency conversion markup: we pay USD-equivalent at the published rate

Net: if you withdraw 2,000 T-Coin, you receive ~$19.40-$19.60 in your PayPal balance after PayPal's cut.

Frequently asked

  • Q: What's the minimum withdrawal?

A: 2,000 T-Coin (= $20 USD). Below this, balances accumulate but can't be cashed out — this minimum exists because PayPal's per-transaction fee makes smaller payouts economically impractical.

  • Q: Why 3-5 business days?

A: Every withdrawal is reviewed by a human. We check for fraud signals (sudden balance buildup, mismatched country, multi-account patterns). The trade-off: a clean platform where T-Coin in circulation is real, not laundered.

  • Q: Can a withdrawal be held?

A: Yes, if any fraud trigger fires: device fingerprint cluster with a banned account, mismatched PayPal email country, high risk score (≥ 60), or duplicate screenshots across testers. Held withdrawals get a written reason via email.
